My career is founded on a core principle: successful technology adoption is built on human relationships. I began my career as a Systems Engineer and Analyst, where I quickly learned that the true measure of success wasn’t the technology itself, but its alignment with the people who use it. This perspective became the foundation of my career.

In my former role of Chief Technology & Data Officer, I applied this philosophy to drive meaningful growth to our companies. By prioritizing strong relationships with our teams, I ensured that technology strategies acted as a catalyst for progress—not a barrier. This relationship-first approach proved instrumental as my partners and I scaled our business, eventually merging and helping build what has become the largest fire and life safety provider in the United States. Over the past ten years, I’ve helped culturally align and integrate more than 100 acquisitions, consistently focusing on the needs of owners, team members,  partners, and investors. This alignment has been a key driver of long-term success.

I founded A2 Pulse Advisors to bring these principles to leaders and organizations of all sizes. My work is rooted in the belief that the most effective strategies emerge not from the tools we adopt, but from how we leverage them to build lasting relationships and empower teams to lead with authenticity. True success is fostered by curiosity, integrity, and a drive to build something that endures, far more than it is by checklists and compliance.

When I am not advising clients, I am a husband, a father of four, and a devoted LEGO enthusiast. I believe that internal reflection and faith are vital guiding principles that shape my decisions and how I show up for both my family and my clients.
